2008 is at an end, and in preparation for award season, I've been scrambling like mad to catch up with all the "good" movies released during Oscar season. Out of the 23 films I've seen this year, 9 of them were watched in the last two weeks (tvshack.net) and I still have about 5 more to go before I call an end to this calendar year. So this week I'm going to let you know what you should see and what you should avoid this holiday season. Once I see a little bit more (the Wrestler, Ghost Town, Ben Button, and Appaloosa) I'll follow it up with a recap of the 10 best films of the year.
