In the 80-year history of the Gallup Poll, which President has had the highest approval rating? Not Reagan. Which President has had the highest disapproval rating? Surprisingly, not Jimmy Carter. It turns out that current President George W. Bush holds both distinctions. At his height, right after 9/11, Bush had a 90% approval rating, but is currently at his lowest, 27%. It's still not as bad as Truman's 22%, or Nixon's 24%, but his 71% disapproval rating is the highest in history. I can’t seeing his rating improving much in the last stage of his Presidency, but at least once upon a time he was the greatest. For all you losers who hate him, watch this video and try not to beam with American/Bush pride.
