I love reading Top 10 lists (and writing them as well), even if the topic is on something that I know nothing about. Like this survey from Mercer Consulting which ranks cities based on quality of life (personal safety, life expectancy, traffic congestion, air quality, etc.). Bad news for the U.S.-- our highest city is Honolulu at 28. This year, the Swiss and Germans hold all the bragging rights. Here's the list.
