I guess it all started at the end of Batman Begins when we knew that Christian Bale would be returning to square-off against the Joker.The long wait and anticipation for the Dark Knight has been incredible.It was easily the most anticipated trailer release that I could remember.First I viewed it as a bootleg and then the actual thing, fellow writers, Herb and Dave, had all the angles for the release of the trailer covered.Here is that first trailer for the Dark Knight.
